Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations

Credit pack purchases can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase provided no credits from that purchase have been used. To cancel, email connect@vidup.in with your order ID within 24 hours of purchase.

2. Refunds — Unused Credits

If you have not used any credits from a purchased pack, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Email connect@vidup.in with subject line: Refund Request — [your order ID].

3. Refunds — Partially Used Credits

If you have used some credits from a pack, a partial refund may be considered for unused credits only, at our discretion. Each used credit represents a delivered service — one complete pack generation including titles, hook script, and thumbnail concepts.

4. Non-Refundable

• Used credits — service has been delivered
• Free credits — no monetary value
• Referral credits — no monetary value
• Purchases older than 7 days

5. Refund Process

If any refund is approved by Artfina, it will take 7 working days to be credited back to your original payment source account.

6. Failed or Incomplete Generations

If a generation fails due to a technical error on our side and a credit is incorrectly deducted without producing output, contact us within 7 days at connect@vidup.in. We will investigate and restore your credit or issue a refund as appropriate.

7. Duplicate Payments

If you are charged more than once for the same order due to a payment gateway error, email connect@vidup.in with your account email and transaction details. We will verify with PhonePe and process a refund for the duplicate charge within 5–7 business days.

8. Unauthorised Transactions

If you believe a payment was made without your authorisation, contact us immediately at connect@vidup.in. We will place a hold on the associated credits while we investigate and work with PhonePe to initiate a review.

9. Digital Product Notice

VidUp is a fully digital service. There are no physical products, shipping, or delivery involved. All services are delivered instantly upon purchase. Generated content is made available immediately in your dashboard.
